NAIL CONES : Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
Hi there, my darlings! I have one more fun little product to show you today that might just make polishing your nails a little bit easier--Nail Cones!

These little stickers are meant to protect the skin on the sides of your nails and your cuticles while your polishing your nails--basically, they are supposed to replace the need for acetone and a clean-up brush or a little Q-tip dipped in remover. The instructions at the back of my sample pack said to peel off and place the sticker under the nail tip and by the sides but I went the opposite way since I wanted to do a gradient and the most mess is usually on my cuticles! Take a look!

And here are the results! As you can see, the sides weren't very protected at all--the Nail Cones are just one-size and doesn't quite fit very well for certain fingers. But my cuticles were very well-protected! I hade MUCH less of a mess to clean up even after this super messy, intensely pigmented gradient! In conclusion, I wouldn't say that the Nail Cones completely replaced a handy clean-up brush and acetone but it does make life a whole lot easier when you undertake messy nail art looks like neon gradients or glitter gradients! And the design on them is just super-cute--I loved looking down at my nails with the little ice-cream cones on them! So these may be great for an afternoon of manicure fun with your little ones!

If you want to try Nails Cones out for yourself, you can find them HERE for the price of $5.99 for 4 sheets (or a total of 60) stickers.
