Hi there, my darlings! Along with a brand-new look, I also have a brand-new nail-polish brand to share with you all this afternoon! Created by Manhattan Podiatrist, Dr. Gary Evans, here's a little about daniPRO :

daniPro is the only doctor-created nail polish that is infused with Undecylenic acid* and is completely free of damaging chemicals found in so many popular brands today. daniPro does not contain Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, or DBP. daniPro has also never been tested on animals.
*Undecylenic acid is not proven effective in treating fungus on the nails. daniPro was originally created to provide a more health conscious manicure or pedicure at the nail salon or even from the comfort of home.

A Safe and Proven Formulation
Recently recognized by the American Podiatric Medical Association, the nation's leading professional organization for today's podiatrists, daniPro has a safe and proven 5-free formulation. 1. No Formaldehyde 2. No Formaldehyde Resin 3. No DBP 4. No TPHP 5. No Toluene.

A Shade to Suit Every Style
Nail color says a lot about a person...it's easily transforming and mood enhancing. With a smooth application and long-lasting shine, daniPro's chip-resistant range of 20 luxe colors-from classic to bright to bold-also includes a Clear Top Coat and Bottom Coat. With daniPro there's a shade for all styles.

I was sent three Spring shades to test and share with you all : Forever Girl, My Girl and First Kiss.

Forever Girl is a light, petal pink creme. More crelly than creme, unfortunately I had the most challenging time with the formula of this polish. Streaky and patchy in turns, I couldn't get it to full opacity even after three coats and topcoat. The swatches show 3 coats topped with 1 thin coat of their Peace clear top coat. It's such a shame about the formula because this is such a pretty pink!

My Girl is a bright pink creme. While the formula was still streakier than Forever Girl above. The swatches show 3 thin coats topped with 1 thin coat of their Peace clear top coat. Such a pretty shade of pink that would work for both Spring and Summer!

First Kiss is a fiery red creme with orange undertomes. Now, the formula of this one was really fantastic--if you tend to paint in thicker coats, I bet you could even get away with one coat! The swatches show just 2 easy coats topped with 1 thin coat of their Peace clear top coat. I love reds and this one is so perfect for those of us who love our reds!

So there you have it, my darlings! If you would like to try daniPRO's line of polishes for yourself, you can find them globally at select podiatrist offices OR on their website HERE for the price of $18.00 for each full-size, 0.5 oz bottle.

Hi there, my darlings! Man, the first work day after a long weekend is KILLER, right?! I barely know what day it is, let alone what time! The bright side is it's another gorgeous day in NYC and I think I picked the perfect Lynnderella polish to feature this week--Tutti Frutti Orchid is a gorgeous pink limited edition microglitter, which can be procured through an Ebay auction.

Tutti Frutti Orchid is a "multishimmered bright orchid shimmerella with a silver holographic microglitter accent." Smooth, easy formula and application--this beauty can be layered on for full opacity or brushed on your favorite creme like I did below. The swatches below show 2 thin coats over daniPRO Forever Girl , topped with 2 generous coats of their topcoat. Gorgeous, girly pink and that shimmer is so mesmerizing!

Hi there, my darlings! TGIF! I'm ending the week with a post I'm really excited about--my guest swatches of the Hella Holo Customs for May 2016! This month, Nicki of Celestial Cosmetics and Theresa of Grace-full Nail Polish created three gorgeous polishes each! Ready to take a look?

FROM CELESTIAL COSMETICS :

Unicorn on the Rocks is described as a "pearly grey based holo with violet sparks and lavender flakes." Metallics can be tough but this one applies beautifully and is fully opaque in 2 easy coats.I added a third for extra bling. Isn't this totally magical?!

With flash!

Dragon Wings is described as a "deep plum colored, linear holo with a purple-green shifting shimmer and green/pink/blue/purple shifting flakes." Smooth, easy formula and application--the swatches show 2 easy coats topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. To this very minute, I'm not 100% sure what to call this color--the shift is that much of a chameleon!

With flash!

Wings of Change is described as a "blue green duochrome holo." Fabulous formula and application--the swatches show 2 easy coats topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. My fave of the three, this beauty just looks so ethereal--more of that Australian magic!

With flash!

Mango Sherbet is described as a "fun, citrus orange holo with a gold shift." Smooth, easy formula and application--the swatches show 2 easy coats topped by itself. I'm usually not a big fan of orange but I really like the strong gold shift to this!

With flash!

Eternal Sunset is described as a "purple jelly with multichrome flakies in copper, gold and fuchsia and pops of holo micro glitter in bright pink and copper." Despite being absolutely packed with flakies, this beauty goes on like a dream--the swatches show 2 coats topped with 2 generous coats of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love this one so hard--it truly looks like it's been lit from within!

Mattefied with OPI Matte Finish topcoat :

Unicorn Lagoon is described as a "blue green holo with sparkle and multichrome flakies in pink, gold, blue and purple and pink microglitter." No complaints at all with the formula or application--the swatches show 2 coats topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love so much about this polish--this shade of blue, the contrasting glitters, how flattering it is to my complexion!
