ellagee Three Years of Sparkle collection : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! Man, this cold is kicking my butt! This entire day just passed by in a fog and I can't wait to just curl into bed! But, before I do that, there's a really special launch tomorrow and I know I won't sleep unless I share! Last week I mentioned that Laura of ellagee is celebrating three years in the business this year and to commemorate the occasion, she created a special custom for each of several of her bloggers and swatchers. You have already seen my custom Sutraalescence and her exclusive, Three Years of Sparkle HERE. Tonight, let's take a peek at the others!

Created for Monica of Moni's Mani, A Little Bit of Monica is described as "a deep blue jelly with green/gold/fuchsia ultrachrome flakes and a bit of silver holo microglitter." Fabulous, squishy jelly formula and application--the swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 1 thin coat of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. The depth and sparkle of this rich blue is to die for!

Mattefied with OPI Matte Finish Topcoat!

Created for Jen of My Nail Polish Obsession, Drunk on the Good Life is described as "a coral/pink crelly with a rainbow of ultrachrome shifting flakes and a bit of silver holo microglitter." A crelly that applies beautifully--the swatches below show 3 easy coats, topped with 1 thin coat of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. So delicate and pretty...with a twist because of those flakies!

Mattefied with OPI Matte Finish Topcoat!

Created for Amy of Polish Etc, EllaMcGee is described as "a medium blue toned grey jelly with green/aqua and purple/blue translucent chameleon flakes and bit of silver holo microglitter." Another perfect, easy jelly--the swatches below show 3 easy coats, topped with 1 thin coat of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Now if you're wondering, like I did, why a blogger would choose an unassuming gray...don't be fooled! The gorgeous chameleon flakes take this gray to a whole other level!

Mattefied with OPI Matte Finish topcoat!

Created for Heather of I Feel Polished, Pink Me! is described as "a clear base pink and silver micro glitter." You can throw this over your favorite creme or layer it on for full opacity, like I did--the formula is a breeze to work with! The swatches below show 3 easy coats, topped with 2 thin coats of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. The results? So sparkly, so utterly gorg!

With flash!

Created for Lisa of Cosmetic Sanctuary, Plum Foolery is described as "a bright red-violet with a touch of scattered holo and hot pink mini flakes." Smooth, easy formula and application--the swatches below show 3 easy coats, topped with 1 thin coat of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat, although you could definitely get away with ust two coats. I absolutely love this shade of purple and the little mini flakes make it truly stand out!

Mattefied with OPI Matte Finish topcoat!

Created for Jen of The Jedi Wife, Sea of Tranquility is described as ''a bright turquoise jelly with translucent green mini flakes and copper micro flakes." Meant to be sheer to evoke the ocean floor, this jelly applied like a dream--you can really layer it on for the coverage you want or, if you don't mind a little VNL, leave it as be! The swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 1 thin coat of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. If mermaids wore polish, I bet they'd be passing this bottle around! SO stunning!

Mattefied with OPI Matte Finish topcoat!

Created for Genevieve of @suger23, Suger, Suger, How'd You Get So Fly? is described as "a medium toned nude with scattered holo, blue/violet/copper ultrachrome flakes, and hot pink shimmer." No complaints at all with formula or application--the swatches below show 3 easy coats, topped with 2 thin coats of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love a good, nude holo but the flakes just make this totally unique to anything in my stash!

...And I couldn't pass up the chance to show off Sutraalescence one more time! This time, the swatches below show just 1 easy coat over Painted Polish Autumn Twilight, topped with 2 thin coats of of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love this polish so much! My precious!
