COLORSUTRAA Custom, Sutraalescence + ellagee Exclusive, Three Years of Sparkle + A BONUS!

Hi there, my darlings! Bright and early this morning, I'd like to share a few special things! Laura of ellagee is celebrating three years in the business this year and to commemorate the occasion, she gave several of her bloggers and swatches a chance to describe a polish they really wanted in the world... and then she went and created just that for each of us. Thus, my custom Sutraalescence, named by a creative follower, was born! The entire collection dubbed The Three Years of Sparkle collection will be up next week but in the meantime, I'd like to share swatches of my beautiful custom AND the namesake Three Years of Sparkle, the exclusive polish that Laura created to mark three years of ellagee. Plus, I want to show you what else Laura has been stocking in store! Keep reading because this is sure to be an eye-opening post!


Sutraalescence is a " clear base packed with iridescent shimmer and mini flakes plus clear holo/iridescent microglitter and a touch of Spectraflair holo" Beautiful formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 coats over 2 coats of Sally Hansen OMghost, topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Impossible to photograph but I promise you that it's absolutely gorgeous in person--shimmery and sparkly and glowing!

And since yesterday was the official first day of Sping, I did a little nail art using Sutraalescence both as a base and a topper!

Three Years of Sparkle is a "a ruby pink jelly with tons of hot pink/violet shifting iridescent micro flakes and flashes of gold." Lovely formula and application--the swatches below show just 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love this polish--it's so beautiful! Sparkly and the most vibrant magenta!

Did you know that Laura also stocks several cute and really fun printed items in her store? From mugs to tees to phone cases, there's a little something for every polish-loving lady in there!
