LIQUID SKY LACQUER Fall 2015 collection : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! So, it's been awhile since I shared some Liquid Sky Lacquer swatches, right?! I was gone the whole summer so it seems my last post on LSL was in January! Omg. That has got to change and I have the perfect collection to do it with--Liquid Sky Lacquer's upcoming Fall 2015 collection!

Before we get to swatches, let's take a quick minute to discuss the formula and application of these four holos. Across the board, I had no complaints at all with the formula or application--each one of these polishes went on easily and were opaque in 2 coats, although for a couple, I used 3 coats instead of 2 for a deeper color payoff.  Unless mentioned otherwise, the swatches below show 2 coats of each polish, topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat to finish the look. Alrighty then, ready for swatches?!

A Touch of Cinnamon is a bright orange with a linear holographic finish. I love this warm, red-toned orange for my complexion!

Fruit of the Vine is a rich grape purple with a loose linear holographic finish. One of my favorites, I adore this shade of purple!

A Touch of Cinnamon is a bright, almost neon, green with a scattered holographic finish. This one was a little sheerer  and dried a little more matte than the others so the swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I think this green is perfectly named--this polish totally reminds me of a luscious pear!

Rain Gazing is a blue-gray with a linear holographic finish. Another instant fave, I love both this shade and the memories of rainy afternoons this conjures up!

  2. Rain Gazing is so beautiful, I love it. Perfect Pear is also so flattering and I wouldn't expect a green in that shade for fall, love that!
