October 2015's box has 5 full-size items and the theme is "Faces of the Moon" :
And can you say YAY! for nail polish? :
Palmetto Derma Rejuvenating Antioxidant Mask (priced at $64) : I haven't had a chance to try this out but I love a good mask and this seems like a good one for a lazy Sunday, at-home spa evening.
Vincent Longo Original Trio Eyeshadow in Harem (priced at $30) : Honestly, I only really like one of the three shades in this trio--the smokey charcoal. The pink and the ivory are both a little too chalky for my taste and the shades really don't do it for my complexion.
Lord & Berry Line/Shade eyeliner in Dark Black (priced at $18) : I love, love, LOVE this product! My favorite liners are ones where the black is super deep and dark and this one completely fits the bill! The tip is really soft and so, quite gentle on sensitive eyes and I love how just a couple of swipes give you such a great depth of color!
Bella Pierre Cheek and Lip Stain (priced at $19.99) : As much as I loved the texture and feel of this stain, I was disappointed in the shade--it turned out to be way pinker than I imagined on my skin from looking at the color in the tub and it just washed out my complexion. Whomp.
Cult Cosmetics nail polish in Boneyards (priced at $12) : A dark gray creme with a fabulous, easy formula, this was another fave for me in this box. And believe or not, this brand is new to me too! The swatches below show just 2 easy coats by itself. A perfect gray for this season!
