Hi there, my darlings! Can I just say that I can't wait for the weekend? It's been beautiful weather lately...but I've been feeling exhausted and so achy for the past couple of days. I'm so glad that I have two more days of work the...SPRING BREAK! These breaks are the major advantage at working at a school. You work like crazy when classes are in session, often foregoing lunch or a minute to breathe but then these breaks come along and give a girl the chance at some serious R&R. While I do intend to get lots of sleep, I also hope to go out a couple of times and actually go out with some new makeup on! Next on my agenda--contouring! More specifically, contouring with the new Rimmel + Kate Moss Sculpting & Highlighting Kit!

Today, I'm sharing Golden Bronze with you all :

IMPRESSIONS : Let me just start off by saying that the colors are PERFECT for my olive/tan skintone. I mean, absolutely PERFECT! I love the highlighter, I love that the contouring shade is just dark enough to show up on my skin and I LOVE the shimmery coral blush. If I had to, these would be shades I would pick up individually to try contouring with.

Now, that being said, I found the products themselves quite dense and wasn't able to get enough product on the back of my hand for a clear photo. Moreover, these blend pretty easily so despite several swipes, I couldn't get that perfect shot. But what I noticed is that the colors remained on my fingers from swatching, probably because of the higher moisture content in the skin there so the photo below was born! You can really see the shades up close with this swatch plus I've learned through this trial and error the best way to apply the products when the times comes--with a damp Beautyblender!

Overall, I'm really excited about this contouring kit and that price just can't be beat!
