Now, you've already heard me raving about these crellis before a couple of times before (check out my reviews HERE and HERE). But let me just reiterate, if I may! NYC has seen some weird weather lately, it's practically hot one day and a couple of days later, it's freezing and windy and then it rains. My cuticles have all but been weeping! The only thing that has saved them are these super moisturizing, hybrids--part rich cream, part petroleum jelly, it's truly been a miracle product for me. As for the scents, I've loved Fruitcake and Strawberry but nothing beats these florals for me!
Tonight, I'dlike to share my thoughts on the newest scents that will be available in Miranda of Ever After Polish's store, starting this Friday, April 8th--five luscious crellis in Spring floral scents :
1. Sweet Cherry Blossom : A bright floral reminiscent of spring's first blossoms bathed in soft sunlight.
Cherry Blossom is my go-to fragrance when I hit up Bath and Body Works, In fact, before I even knew these were in testing, I requested a Cherry Blossom crelli from Miranda...and lo and behold, almost as if she read my mind, she told me about this one! This scent isn't as sweet as the traditional B&BW body mist nor as intense as the Japanese Cherry Blossom version. Light and airy, the sweetness of this isn't overwhelming but reminiscent of full blossoms in the sunlight. So lovely!
2. Honey Suckle and Nectar : Warm succulent honeysuckle with hints of spring air.
Another magical request fulfillment happened with this scent, because right after Cherry Blossom, I love anything Honeysuckle scented. When I was a kid growing up in India, we used to have these delicate little flowers growing on our terrace, which we used to pluck and suck the sweet nectar from. These teeny flowers help only a hint of nectar and this crelli took me back to that time. Soft and delicate, the sweetness of this is like the lightest hint of nectar. One of my favorites!
3. Lavender : The true essence of fresh lavender fields.
Now, I've never really been a lavender girl--it usually doesn't do it for me. But Lavender, I've heard, is very relaxing and helps one sleep. So I used this one a few nights when I was particularly wired up. And it did indeed help me get to sleep faster! Soothing and rich, this is a Lavender I loved!
4. Let's Get Dirty : Light citrus scent blends with notes of musk and dirt like an orange grove in summer.
I thought for sure I wouldn't like this! I mean, let's get dirty? I envisioned earth and mud and ...dirt. But it's surprisingly pleasant! An earthy, musky scent for sure but with enough notes of tangy citrus to uplift it and make it quite pleasing to the senses. If you're a nature lover, you'll love this one!
5. Rose Garden : Blossoms of rose, violet, and gardenia intertwine in this delightful rose garden bouquet.
The richest, most luscious of the five, Rose Garden is intense! It's a full-bodied scent that evokes florals at their peak. The notes of gardenia threw me off a little but the predominant scent is of roses and as it is, it's a sexy, lush fragrance that's sure to win over quite a few hearts!
Before I sign off, have you ever wondered why I never share empties posts? Well, because I hardly if ever FINISH a product. Usually I'm testing so many things at once that I never manage to finish any one. But not so in this case! You can see from the pic below just how much these crellis have become a part of my life! And these are just 2 of the 4 tubs I've managed to go through in the past so many months! Talk about obsession!
So there you have it, my darlings! You can find this new set of scents for the hand/cuticle crellis as well as lots of other bath & body products on Ever After Polish's website HERE on Friday, April 8th--prices vary by size of the product.
