TRIPLE SEVEN POLISH : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darling! Before we wrap up this Friend-An-Indie-Friday Giveaway, I'd like to share with you three polishes that Tahlia hand-picked for me--we must share some sort of a connection because she picked three polishes that, if given a choice, I would have picked myself! And the colors are right up my alley--a dark, vampy plum; a bright blue; and a grayed-out purple!

Before we jump into swatches, I'd like to take a minute to express how impressed I was with the formula of these polishes--all three were just the right consistency, not too thick nor too thin. I didn't experience any issues like patchiness or streaking which can be the bane of holographic polishes, even scattered ones. Each coat applied smoothly and I used just two, even-handed coats for all the swatches below, topped with 1 thin coat of G&G's HK Girl to finish the look. Alrighty! Now, with that out of the way, let's take a look at what Tahlia picked for me!

Dusk Til Dawn is a darkened, vampy plum with a scattered holographic finish. I love these plummy shades--they always make me feel so sexy! =)

Poolside Cocktail is a gorgeous, bright turquoise blue scattered holographic polish with aqua shimmer as well rainbow and turquoise flakies. Such a vibrant shade that's perfect for the coming warmer months!

Smoke and Mirrors is a lovely, grayed-out violet-leaning purple scattered holographic with added rainbow flakies. SO pretty! The flakies especially pop with a camera's flash!

So there you have it, my darlings! My very first review of Triple Seven Polish and I'm quite impressed--if these three are anything to go by, this is an indie to watch!
