LIQUID SKY LACQUER Love Is In The Air, Mint To Be, Moonlight and Roses and Sugared Berries : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings!! If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen the GINORMOUS review package that landed up on my doorstep from one of my absolute favorite indie makers--Carolyn of Liquid Sky Lacquer sent me FOURTEEN of her gorgeous holos for review! Now, you must be wondering why the sudden swatch-a-thon of LSLs. Well, Carolyn and I were chit chatting recently and we decided that I must swatch ALL of her holos...and I mean ALL. Every. Single. One. With this recent package, I'll be missing but 3 plus any of the newest releases but our goal is to have a comprehensive swatch board of all the Liquid Sky Lacquer holos! Since I've recently discovered the joy of Pinterest, I'm going to create a whole board on there so you all can see all Carolyn has to offer in one place!

Okay! So now that we've talked a little about my lofty ambitions, let's start off with a set of four holos, shall we? I like to think of this set as the softer, more romantic, more feminine of Carolyn's holos and hence I grouped them together! Ready for some swatches? =)

First up, I have for you Love Is In The Air--a lovely, soft silvery polish with tiny pink flakies and a light holographic finish. The flakies added to the silver base gives this polish a decidedly baby pink look. The application and formula on this was fabulous and I used 2 smooth coats by itself for the swatches below. So pretty!

Next, I have for you Mint To Be--a pale, pale minty green linear holographic with a metallic finish. I was super impressed with both the application and the dry time on this polish--there was no streaking, it applied flawlessly and, like so many of Carolyn's polishes, dried super quickly! I used 3 coats by itself for the swatches below, just to build up the color a little more. Isn't this just perfect for Spring?

The third polish I have for you is Moonlight and Roses--an ultra-feminine, dusty rose metallic pink with a strong holographic finish. Again, no issues at all with formula or application and I used 2 generous coats by itself for the swatches below. Look at that holo! Wow!

Last but definitely not the least, I have for you Sugared Berries--a pale, metallic lilac-lavender with a linear holographic finish. Again, fantastic formula and application and I once again used 3 coats by itself for the swatches below, just to build up the color. Just lovely!

So there you have it, darlings! The first four of Liquid Sky Lacquer's holographic beauties! If you need to add any of these stunners to your collection, you can find them HERE for the price of $12.00 for a full-sized, 0.5 oz bottle--she usually restocks pretty frequently but don't forget to find her on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM for all the latest news and updates!

Stay tuned for many more Liquid Sky Lacquer swatches in the coming days!

As always, I'd love to hear from you in the comments section below--feel free to leave me feedback or suggestions!
