Introducing...2-BIT POLISH The Cheat Is Grounded collection : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! Another Monday...I feel like I wait all week for the weekend and then I take a nap, wake up and it's Monday. Sigh. Seriously, some funky time warp going on here. Anyways, to brighten up our Mondays, I'd like to share an upcoming collection from a brand-new indie with you all--The Cheat is Grounded collection from 2-Bit Polish consists of 7 polishes in bright, rich shades.

Ella in the Sky with Diamonds is a rich, royal blue metallic accented with scattered holographic sparkle. Smooth, easy formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 thin coats, topped with 1 coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Gorgeous, deep blue!

Green Crack is a bright, lime-green metallic accented with a touch of blue shimmer. This one was a bit brush-strokey but if you wait til the first coat is completely dry, subsequent coats are much easier to apply. The swatches below show just 3 thin coats, topped with 1 coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Such a great shade for Summer!

Hippie Rose is a russet red metallic with a hint of shimmer. No complaints with the formula or application--the swatches below show just 2 thin coats by itself. Such a flattering shade!

I Will Cut You is a bright orchid purple jelly filled with blue and purple flakies. Lovely formula and application--the swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 1 coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. One of my faves of this collection!

It's Sooo Goth is a bright Barbie pink metallic accented with scattered holographic sparkle. I did find this one a little tricky to apply--sheerer than the other metallics in this collection and somewhat brushstokey, this one requires a bit of patience to get that perfect finish. The swatches below show just 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Such a pretty shade of pink!

Sorry Not Sorry is a bright turquoise metallic with a hint of sparkle. No issues at all with the formula or application--the swatches below show just 2 thin coats by itself. Another instant fave, I know I'll be wearing this one A LOT during the Summer!

Wet Cement is a speckled gray polish with a touch of holographic sparkle. Lovely formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 easy coats, topped with 1 coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. This is such an appropriately named polish, right?!

So there you have it, my darlings! The The Cheat is Grounded collection will be launching Friday, April 15th on 2-Bit Polish's website HERE--prices vary depending on the polish.
