ZOYA Whispers collection : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! So, recently, and I'm guessing because of this flusctuating weather NYC has been having, I've broke every single nail on my swatch hand! EVERY. SINGLE. NAIL. And personally, I really don't like very many polishes on me when my nails are short. But every rule has an exception and today, I'd like to share the Whispers collection from Zoya Nail Polish and Treatment, which I actually really like on short nails!

This collection consists of 6 gorgeous polishes in Zoya's signature Satin finish. Across the board, except for April and Caia (the 2 lightest shades), I found the formula and application to be fantastic--easily opaque in 2 coats! April and Caia were a little streaky and needed a full three coats for full opacity. All the swatches of the other four show just 2 easy coats of each polish by itself, no topcoat. Alrighty, now let's get right to swatches first!

April is described as "a light, rosy toned neutral that is a modern take on blush". Such a pretty. delicate neutral!

Caia is described as "a soft nude with a kiss of warmth that will flatter most skin tones". A good nude is hard to find for my complexion but this one is indeed flattering!

Eastyn is described as "a subtle grayed grape that is more interesting than mauve and gives a modern alternative that is ever so wearable". I was surprised by just how much I liked this one!

Ireland is described as "a uniquely wearable green that is muted enough to stay subtle yet still interesting". I like to think of this as a pistachio shade that green lovers should adore!

Lake is described as "a softened blue that gives the effect of serene water with just a hint of vibrancy to preserve its luminosity". No prizes for guessing that this was an instant fave of mine!

Misty is described as "an easy to wear taupe that is an updated version of gray with just a touch of green to make it daring". Another great neutral!

So there you have it, my darlings! The Zoya Whispers collection is available now on Zoya's website HERE for the price of $9 for a full-size, 0.5 oz bottle or $54 for the set of 6. Don't forget to follow Zoya through the social media outlets below :
