RESTORING SHAMPOO:
Cleanses and purifies the hair fiber preparing it to receive proteins that assist in the gradual elimination of hair breakage. Promotes anti-dryness action, strengthens and enhances shine.
The three main ingredients of this shampoo are Argan Oil, Olive Oil and Ojon Oil. Now we already know how fabulous Argan Oil is for the hair and Olive Oil has been shown to be great for skin and hair. I'm not very familiar with Ojon Oil except that I see it in quite a few hair products lately--it's supposed to protect, repair and add shine to your hair.
So how does this shampoo stand up to an actual user test? I LOVE it. The shampoo is just the right consistency, not too thick not too watery, and lathers up quite nicely. I was able to really clean my scalp, which unless I'm using an anti-dandruff shampoo isn't always the case, and rinse my hair easily. No residue and my hair felt immediately softer, smoother and more manageable, even in the shower. I barely had any tangles! The other wonderful thing is the scent--for those of you who don't really care for fruity or floral scents, I think you'll be pleased with this one. It has a refreshing, Ocean Breeze type of smell that's very pleasing to the senses.
RESTORING MASK:
Rich in Oliva and Ojon, repairs brittle hair by replenishing the collagen and strengthens, promotes anti-breakage and anti-dryness.It reconstructs the hair fiber and slows down aging.
Of the three products in this kit, I have to say this is my favorite. I love a good mask, whether it be for my face or my hair. This rich formula isn't too thick and you can easily work it through your wet hair without feeling like you're wasting a bunch or using too much to weigh down your hair. The best part is that you don't have to go through the hassle of keeping it in for 30 minutes or more. 5 to 10 minutes, rinse out and you're done! My hair, even air-dried, feels amazing this morning! Light, soft and bouncy!
DUAL RESTORING OIL:
Forms a protective coating that helps align the hair and eliminates surface imperfections. With anti-oxidant, anti-breakage and anti-dryness, leaving hair silk, hydrated, shiny while reducing frizz.
I usually steer clear of oils, both in skincare and hair care. Neither my skin nor my hair take to oils very well--the face breaks out randomly and my hair invariably gets greasy near the crown. But, I gave this light oil a whirl but just on the ends of my hair, which is particularly brittle. To be honest, after the mask, my hair really didn't even need the little extra hydration but this is going to come in handy during those frigid winter months!

This is another great sounding haircare company that does great things for our hair. Impressive.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. I love trying out products sourced from around the globe. On a sidenote, I also enjoy watching international movies including Bollywood at Netflix. This gives me a better perspective of other countries
ReplyDeleteSounds lovely. I like hair oils to apply at least a half hour before I shampoo. I don't use oil too often but when I do, it makes a big difference.

ReplyDeletegirl... that restoring oil sounds like it's right up my alley. I haven't heard of this line before, but I think it sounds great.
ReplyDeleteThese chemicals not just come from contaminated foods, but from your shampoo as well. The shampoos containing chemicals damage your hair, body and environment too.
