3 Must-Have Products to Add to your Skincare Routine in the New Year

Hi there, my darlings! So, you guys must have noticed all the bloggers doing these amazing "Best of" posts for 2015...and then there's me. I'm so indecisive that it's really hard for me to pick faves! In 2015, I've reviewed some amazing skincare products and, instead of trying to go back and pick faves, how about I show you 3 fabulous NEW products that I've added to my personal skincare routine?! I've categorized them into what they do best so here we go!

  • DEEP CLEAN!
If you're still cleansing your face with just a cleanser, let's change that in 2016! Your face will thank you for it! Yes, a good cleanser feels really good and helps improve your skin, but the squeaky clean feeling of using a good cleansing brush along with a good cleanser? That's a game changer right there. Now, I've waxed eloquent about how much I love my Michael Todd Soniclear (review HERE) and although I love it and use it religiously, it's a bulky device with a large stand. I have to admit, I've dropped that stand on my foot in the shower several times and boy, does that hurt! Well, I found the perfect solution in the Soniclear Petite--all the benefits of the original Soniclear but in a smaller, cuter, more travel-friendly size. And they come in fun colors like Mango Tango (pictured below), Lime Love, Lemon Drop and English Garden.

If you would like to try Soniclear Petite yourself and see the difference it makes to your skin, you can find it on Michael Todd's website HERE for the price of $99.00

  • EXFOLIATE!
Now, I love a good face scrub but I won't lie--the rest of my body often gets the short end of the stick when it come to exfoliation. But I've vowed to change that in 2016 and these coffee-based body scrubs from Boss Babe should do very nicely! The descriptions are a little...colorful and made me blush/giggle/snigger like a teenager but they work so well, leaving my body softer, smoother and tauter!

I was sent two to try : the Queen Bee and the Grapeseed Coconut. I'm still working through my bag of Grapeseed Coconut--just a couple of handfuls, once or twice a week, is enough for your whole body and the resealable pouch makes it great for storing without taking up a lot of space. Perfect for traveling! While I'm usually not a big fan of the smell of coconut OR coffee, combined with the other ingredients, the tropical scent is pretty darn good!

If you would like to try any of Boss Babe's coffee scrubs for yourself. you can find them on the company's website HERE for the price of $20.00

  • PAMPER!
2015 has seen some great trends in skincare and then some...not-so-great ones. The last product I'd like to share with you highlights one of the great ones--coconut sheet masks. Indian mothers have been saying it for generations and Indian children have been ignoring them for just as long but it's undeniable--coconut oil is SO good for your skin.

I was sent 3 different masks to try from When and the first thing I love about them is the variety--you can pick a coconut sheet mask depending on what you think your skin that particular time. My favorite is the brightening Snow Magic (pictured below). These sure do make you look an absolute fright when for those 30 minute sessions but your skin will baby soft and so nourished after each use.

If you would like to try one of When's masks for yourself, you can find it on Sephora HERE for the price of $7.00 each.

Have you added any new skincare products to your routine? Which one(s)? I'd love to hear from you in the comments section below!

Until next time,
<3
