Hi there, my darlings! This week, I have a few VERY exciting reviews to share with you all, even though I'm all the way in India, and they're all about one of my favorite things in the world--MAKEUP! A few weeks ago, CoverGirl reached out to me with the opportunity to review a couple of new products and I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I was! I'm a HUGE fan of CoverGirl--not only do they make quality, affordable products, but as a blogger of color, I really appreciate how inclusive their brand is! Swatches and makeup looks on a wide range of skin tones?! Yes, please! So it was with much excitement that I happily accepted and a package landed on my doorstep with two of their newest eye products--The Super Sizer by LashBlast Mascara and Intensify Me! Eyeliner. I decided to bring them both with me to India where I could see how they helld up to the extreme heat and humidity. Want to know how they fared? Just keep reading! =)
First, let's talk about the mascara :
The Super Sizer by LashBlast Mascara gives you 400% more corner-to-corner volume for full, fanned out lashes. Our amazing Lash Styler transforms even small lashes— just twirl as you apply it to your lashes for an instantly Super Sized lash look. Opthalmologically tested, suitable for those who wear contact lenses.
The wand...it's the wand that makes all the difference with this mascara! I love how it allows me to get even the smallest of lashes on the very corners of my eyes for a brighter, wider-eyed look. While I didn't see a crazy dramatic difference in volume or length, this mascara goes on smoothly and evenly for a full-lashed look that's not over the top. Great for those of you who prefer a more natural look!
What about clumps, you ask? Nope! I had NO issues with clumping andit did indeed stand up to the Indian climate--I was testing the regular, non-waterproof formula and it still managed to stay put all night through dinner and a 3-hour long Bollywood movie with nothing but minimal smudging. Best part for me was that it wasa breeze to take off!
Now, how about a little bit about the Intensify Me! eyeliner?
Get the control of a pencil with the intensity of a liquid eyeliner for beautifully defined eyes every time. Our all-new paddle-shaped tip gives you two looks in one—thick and dramatic or thin and elegant. The intense black formula glides on smoothly and dries quickly for instant drama. Clinically tested, suitable eyeliner for sensitive eyes.
This eyeliner is a total win for me and has made a permanent place in my makeup bag! It does not budge, hardly smudges and gives me the precision I need for a flawless winged tip!
The flatter, broader side is great for creating a smoky eye or for adding more drama to your lashline...
...while the thinner, pointed side is great for those winged tips or to get into the corners of your eyes. I do wear contacts so I appreciated how comfortable it was to wear. A dramatic look AND comfort? That's the way I like it!
Finally, I think my biggest pet peeve with many of the liners on the market is that they are just not black enough. You know what I mean! I prefer a jet black liner and this one fits the bill, while not leaving a ring around your eyes after removal. Take a look!

I like a lot of Cover Girl products so thanks for this review! I'd been using Clinique mascara for years but recently switched to the Full Bloom formula from CG and I won't go back! I also wear contacts and would notice black residue in my eyes after taking my contacts out at night. When I switched mascara, the residue disappeared immediately! I may have to give this formula a try as well!
