THE HOLO HOOKUP collaboration box for February 2017 : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! February is one of my favorite months of the year! It's short and sweet and it has several special occasions peppered throughout (my late grandfather's birthday, Valentine's Day, etc). So, it's such a wonderful surprise when you can totally relate to a February launch. Today, I'm talking about The Holo Hookup box for February 2017--gloriously celebrating all things beauty, namely beloved cosmetic products! Could a beauty blogger ask for anything more?! The theme for February 2017's all-holo The Holo Hookup collaboration box featuring Jill of Glisten & Glow, Missi of Different Dimension, Sara of Cupcake Polish and special international guest, Powder Perfect is "Kiss And Make Up". Highlight It Up from Cupcake Polish is a "very pale pink metallic linear Holo with heavy pink shimmers". Smooth, easy formula and application--the swatches below show 2 coats topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. This is such an utterly gorgeous polish with all those shimmers--a perfect tribute to the much-loved highlighter trend!

When In Doubt, Wing It Out from Different Dimension is a "black linear holo with added black holo microglitters". Lovely formula and application--the swatches below show 2 easy coats topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat to bring it all together. Such a rich, stunning black--just as your wing tip should be!

I Came I Saw I Contoured from Glisten & Glow is a "medium brown linear holographic polish with added golden and peach shimmers with pops of red holo glitter.". Fabulous application and formula--the swatches below show just 2 coats topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Now, contour is a hard one to translate but I think nailed it with this beauty!

Berry Lips and Curvy Hips from Powder Perfect is a "dark mulberry holographic lacquer, with a purple linear holographic flame". Beautiful, squishy jelly formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 generous coats, topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. For a girl who loves both berry lips AND berry tips, this is perfect!
