Hi there, my darlings! It's a gloomy, rainy but cooler day in NYC and for that, I, for one, am truly grateful! I'm not a fan of the heat and yesterday was a scorcher! However, to offset this rather dark day, I'd like to share a polish that's sure to brighten up the day...literally! The featured Lynnderella polish of the week, Re-Ember is a fiery limited edition microglitter, which can be procured through an Ebay auction.
Re-Ember is described as "made with coppery orange holographic microglitter accented with fire opal iridescent glitter. Clear pink- and blue-shimmered base." Smooth, easy-peasy formula and application, despite this beauty being packed with those iridescent glitters. This would be fully opaque in two easy coats but I chose to layer it on and the swatches below show 2 thin coats over 2 coats of Glisten & Glow Great Barrier Reef Plate Corals from the upcoming July 2016 The Holo Hookup box, topped with 2 easy coats of G&G's HK Girl to finish the look. This is a gorgeous microglitter on its own but man, I gotta tell you, those iridescent glitters?! They're just unbelievably gorgeous and look just like pieces of real opal from certain angles! You see the opening pic? That's just bottle macros from two different angles! Wow, just WOW!
With flash!
