CELESTIAL COSMETICS Valyrio collection : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! I'm really excited about today's post! When I first started this blog, one of the very first international brands I got to swatch for, courtesy of Color4Nails, was the fabulous Australian brand, Celestial Cosmetics. Whenever I posted or shared swatches, Nicki of Celestial Cosmetics was so supportive, encouraging and enthusiastic! And her polishes were absolutely magical! I haven't had a chance to swatch her polishes for awhile now but that's going to change! Because when Nicki sent out a call for bloggers, of course I wanted in and the rest, as they say, is history! So, let's start back up with our Celestial swatches, starting with the GoT-inspired Valyrio collection, consisting of 3 holos, a shify jelly and 2 multichromes! This is quite the collecion!

Daria Zaldrizoti is described as a "strong red-pink-gold duochrome." I strongly believe that the Australian indie makers have access to some serious magic over there if they can make metallics with such amazing formulas--this goes one like a dream! The swatches below show just 2 easy coats by itself. I haven't seen many red-toned duochromes and this one is absolutely gorgeous!

Kastamiro Damior is described as a "dark teal base with a green-blue-teal-purple duochrome shimmer." Easy, squishy jelly formula--the swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat to finish the look and smooth it out. The shimmer in this jelly is absolutely stunning!

Lilagon is described as a "green-gold-blue-red duochrome." Smooth, easy formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 easy coats by itself. Just look at that shift! Wow!

Sesir Kipi is described as a "vibrant cobalt blue linear holo with a green/golden shimmer." Buttery smooth formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 easy coats by itself. Every Celestial holo I've tried in my 3 years of blogging, I've loved and this is no different! Stunning, rich blue!

With flash!

Kirimvos is described as a "emerald green linear holo with blue-green-gold opal flakies." Fantastic formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 easy coats by itself. I need to stop saying things like "I don't do greens" when I fall in love with ones like this! But really, this is beautiful shade of green and those flakies are perfection!

With flash!

Dracarys is described as a "a red linear holo with a dash of red microglitter to give some extra sparkle.Lovely formula and application--the swatches below show 3 thin coats by itself. You already know this is my favorite! And how perfect is the name?!

With flash!

So there you have it, my darlings! Worldwide shipping is available through their US shipping agent HERE or from stockists Color4Nails, Edgy Polish and Femme Fatale.

  1. I think this is an absolutely stunning collection. I love how you used water (?) droplets to show off some of the shades. My faves are Lilagon and Dracarys but each one is gorgeous
