Hi there! Let's continue my swatch-a-thon of new brands (to me) that I received to review , courtesy of the lovely Sisi of Color4nails, shall we? =) Today, I'll be showing you two pretty polishes from Brazilian indie maker Penelope Luz.
First up, I have for you Love me Tender--this is a pale, pale blue topper with silver, blue, purple and white hexes in various sizes. I found the formula to be quite good--a quick roll between my palms and a few swirls of the brush and the glitters came right out. I used two coats of Love Me Tender over 2 coats of OPI I Don't Give A Rotterdam, topped with 1 thin coat of G&G's HK Girl to finish the look. This is perfect for those of you who like your glitter soft and feminine!

Next, I have for you Luxury--a gorgeous clear topcoat with a mixture of red and gold holographic and small black glitter. Again, no complaints with the formula and I used 2 generous coats of Luxury on the pointer and middle fingers and 1 generous coat of Luxury on the ring and pinkie fingers, over 2 coats of Revlon Royal, topped with 1 generous coat of G&G's HK Girl. I absolute love the way this turned out--so rich and vibrant!
