ESTEE EDIT VOXBOX from INFLUENSTER

Hi there, my darlings! TGIF! Tonight, I'd like to share another great box of products that landed on my doorstep recently, courtesy of Influenster. Now, I had received an email about receiving the Estée Edit Voxbox and I'll tell you right now, this one was HIGHLY anticipated!

Have you heard of Influenster? Here's a little bit about them :

Influenster is a community of over 1.5 million social savvy shoppers that:
  • Stay on top of the latest product news & expert tips.
  • Review products, share honest opinions with brands and the community.
  • Test products for free based on social media influence.

Influenster curates and sends out products in fun little packages, dubbed Voxboxes--members of the Influenster community are invited to surveys and, based on their preferences, are sent various products to review. You won't receive every box that Influenster promotes but this way when you do receive a box, it will usually be one that you will love! As a blogger that's just a wee bit obsessed with everything in the beauty world, this latest box was perfect...and pretty much instantly loved! Ready to see what was in it? Here's a little breakdown before I share swatches:

  • Radiance Activator Treat + Prep + Glow
  • Late Night Eraser Brightening Eye Balm with Pink Peony
  • Metallishadow Crème + Powder in Scarlet Eclipse
  • Inside Track Eye Kajal in Extreme Black/Gunmetal

Radiance Activator Treat + Prep + Glow ($55.00)

A three-in-one serum for instant, visible glow with long-term brightening and hydration.

If you want to know more…
Never a dull moment. Use this serum to treat skin with high-performing brightening actives, prep it for makeup with a burst of hydration, and instantly add an allover glow. Mirror prism illuminators and a dewy moisture boost from hyaluronic acid immediately leave skin looking bright and feeling hydrated, soft, and supple. Use it alone for a luminous, lit-from-within finish, or under makeup as a glow-getting primer.

The power-packed formula goes beyond the superficial with vitamin E, concentrated plant extracts including pink peony and sea lavender, and other powerful ingredients to fight signs of fatigue and help skin look and feel super energized. Delicately scented with pear and raspberry notes, it has a soft and silky texture that glides on and creates a dewy, gorgeous finish.

What it is formulated WITHOUT: Parabens

What else you need to know: This product is dermatologist-tested, non-acnegenic, and your secret priming weapon for bright, glowing skin. Use alone or under makeup for a luminous look. Don’t forget to brighten the eyes. Use The Estée Edit Late Night Eraser, a refreshing eye balm formulated with pink peony, cucumber, apple, hyaluronic acid, and micro-powdered pearls.

This was the first product I grabbed when I opened the box because, ok I admit it, I had already snooped around the Internet and found out that it was going to be included. So, let's just say I was already excited! The subtle yet gorgeous shimmer from the micro-powder pearls caught my eye immediately. Seriously, how pretty is that?! I can't wait to try it the next time I go out on the town. I can already tell this primer is something I'll use A LOT!

Late Night Eraser Brightening Eye Balm with Pink Peony ($42.00)

A refreshing eye balm formulated with pink peony, cucumber, apple, hyaluronic acid, and micro-powdered pearls to refresh and instantly brighten around the eyes.

What it is formulated to do:
Instantly brighten up the eye area with this eye balm. Perfect for reducing the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, it’s infused with micro-powdered real pearls to add luster and radiance. Pink peony, cucumber, and apple help soothe and perfect while hyaluronic acid hydrates. Apply with this balm’s cooling tip to refresh and brighten the eye area and reduce the look of dull, tired eyes.

What it is formulated WITHOUT: Parabens

What else you need to know:
Great for use on all skin types and perfect for daily use, it’s dermatologist-tested, ophthalmologist-tested, and non-acnegenic.

As a beauty blogger, I test out and am asked to review a whole lot of eye balms and eye gels. After awhile, they all kind of seem the same. Well, except for this one! Color correcting is all the latest rage now and I do believe that hint of blue in this will do absolute wonders for the bags, no, luggage under my eyes.

Metallishadow Crème + Powder in Scarlet Eclipse ($25.00)

What it is:
A stacked pack with two shadows: a high-impact, matte cream eye shadow and a loose metallic powder to be worn alone or layered for a strong metal eye.

What it does:
Get two products in one for a high impact look. The highly pigmented matte cream shadow in the top pot delivers stunning color. This cream acts as the perfect base for any intense smoky eye. For a more subtle, yet edgy look, use the cream as an eyeliner. The loose foil powder in the bottom pot can be layered over the cream for an eye-catching heavy metal finish or used alone for a sheer wash of shimmer, and it’s buildable for more intensity. Create your own beauty attitude by wearing these shades alone or layered together.

Scarlet Eclipse: on top, a maroon/burgundy matte cream shadow. In the bottom is a sheer rose gold sparkle loose powder. Layer together for a glittering sunset effect. -

What it is formulated WITHOUT: Parabens

What else you need to know:
This product is free of fragrance.

and

Inside Track Eye Kajal in Extreme Black/Gunmetal ($22.00)

What it is:
A super-creamy, kajal eye pencil in dual-ended, perfectly paired shade combinations to give you smudgy, sexy, slept-in eyes.

What it does:
Create major eye look with just one pencil. This ultrasoft, stunningly smooth formula glides on like a fluid, depositing extreme pigment in just one sweep—even on the waterline. Ultra-blendable for a stunning smoky eye, it’s easily to smudge with your fingers or a brush.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens

What else you need to know:
This product is ophthalmologist-tested, free of fragrance, and safe for the waterline.

Let's talk about the eyeshadow duo first, shall we? I absolutely love the rose gold loose powder! It's absolutely gorgeous and I think would work to highlight or add a little extra to blush as well as an eyeshadow. The creme shadow? I'm honestly not too sure about, at least from a gel eyeliner standpoint. But I do believe I will test it out as a lip shade. Stay tuned!

Now, the kajal pencil. I usually buy my kajal pencils on my yearly trips to India because I prefer my kajals blacker than night and India seems to have that down pat. With my discovery of this one, I think I may be saved an international shopping trip! Not only are both the liners incredibly creamy but also amazingly pigmented. That black gets a huge thums up from me! Plus, I really appreciate that it's ophthalmologist-tested since I wear contact lenses and my eyes are often irritated by liner in my waterline. I'm hoping to avoid that with this one! And lastly, when they say smudge-proof, boy, do they mean it! I had to bust out my good makeup remover to get this completely off. Perfect for all-day wear or a busy night out on the town!

So there you have it, my darlings! If you're not part of Influenster yet, what are you waiting for?! Sign up HERE! Their VoxBoxes ,whenever you're selected for one, never disappoint!
