EVER AFTER POLISH Tis the Season to Sparkle for Winter 2015 : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! This afternoon, as part of our featured event, I'd like to share with you my review of the Tis the Season to Sparkle collection for Winter 2015 from our featured indie, Ever After Polish! This 6-polish collection is also part of the prize pack for this week's featured giveaway, so if you love these babies and want a chance to win them, don't forget to enter HERE.

Pining for treets is a "pine green crelly". This is quite sheer and just a bit patchy on the first coat but levels out quite nicely by the third coat. The swatches below show just 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Isn't this the perfect Christmas green?!

Naughty list is a "dark charcoal crelly". Again, a bit sheer and patchy on the first coat but levels out quite nicely by the third coat. The swatches below show just 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love this crelly and I can see myself reaching for this one over and over as the base for nail art!

Twinkle all the way is a "Silver holo glitter with red and green glitters". Fantastic formula and application, this polish applied beautifully. The swatches below show just 1 generous coats over Naughty list, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. So sparkly, so festive!

Princess Christmas cake is a "soft pink holo with platinum silver flakes". No issues at all to report with the formula or application--in fact I was quite surprised by how well it applied despite being packed with flakies! The swatches below show just 2 easy coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. This shade of pink doesn't work so well with my complexion but would be GORGEOUS on a fairer skin!

Baby It's Cold Outside is a "navy blue jelly packed with gold and silver ultra chrome flakes and scattered holo". Again, fabulous formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 generous coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat, although in hindsight I probably should have used 3. One of my favorites of this collection, I love this shade of blue!

Mulled Wine is a "grape wine purple holo with platinum silver flakes". Just like the one above, lovely formula and application--the swatches below show just 2 generous coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Another instant fave, I love how the flakies pop against the purple!
