Hi there, my darlings! With the official start of summer just a mere 5 days away, I do believe its time to share my swatches of the Zoya Nail Polish and Treatment Island Fun collection for Summer 2015! Get ready for bold, bright shades that are sure to become your summer faves!
This collection consists of 6 cremes with a formula that was to die for! Across the board, I was super impressed with both the formula and application--these glided on buttery smooth! All the swatches below show 3 thin coats of each polish by itself, unless mentioned specifically otherwise, no topcoat OR basecoat necessary! With that, let's dive right into swatches!
Jace is described as a "modern tropical green" creme. A green that's not as bright as lime but not as dark as forest or emerald--intriguing!
Serenity is described as a "summer purple" creme. Oh, you already know this bright purple was one of my faves!
Demetria is described as a "vibrant poppy red" creme. Another instant fave, I bet this shade of red would flatter just about ANY complexion!
Cecilia is described as a "classic teal" creme. This one was fully opaque in 2 easy coats but being so pigmented, it does tend to stain a little--wear a good basecoat and protect your cuticles! But this, this is a shade of green I can get behind!
Nana is described as a "deep summer fuchsia" creme. Doesn't this bright, happy shade of fuchsia just look like an instant pick-me-up?!
Talia is described as a "true turquoise" creme. Another one that was fully opaque in 2 easy coats but again teds towards staining--wear a good basecoat and protect your cuticles. Being a total sucker for beautiful blues, is it ANY surprise that this was my absolute fave of the collection!?
Which of these is YOUR favorite? Or, like me, do you need them ALL? I would love to hear from you in the comments section below!
Until next time,
<3

Gorgeous swatches, I always think I will prefer the shimmers but these cremes are divine. I love Jace and don't have a green like it.
