Hi there, my darlings! This afternoon, in order to showcase our featured indie newbie, I'd like to share with you my review of a few products from Limitless Lacquer. Rachel chose 4 polishes for me to review for all you. Now, since most of Rachel's creations are one-offs, limited-editions or customs, they are unnamed presently. So, you may just end up with a bottle that very few people in the world have!
One last thing before we get to swatches--let's talk formula and application! For the most part, I had no complaint with most of these polishes--they applied quite evenly. All swatches below, unless mentioned otherwise, show three thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of ellagee's Fast Dry Top Coat. And now...on to swatches!
The first is a shimmery hot pink accented with small, bright multi-color hexes. This would be perfect for a hot summer day at the beach.
The second is a bright purple jelly full of small blue hexes and metallic teal circle glitter. This combination is gorgeous!
The third is a silver metallic polish accented with small, bright multi-color hexes. Metallics, in general, are not my favorite--they tend to play up every flaw in my nails and application is always a challenge. The swatches below show two thin coats.
The fourth and my favorite is a black jelly filled with holographic microglitter. Super sparkly, super gorgeous!
