Before we get started, let's take a minute to discuss the formula and application of these polishes. All five shades, unless specifically mentioned, are opaque in 3 thin coats, --you could probably get away with two depending on how thickly you paint but pastels can be notoriously streaky and I found that these polishes leveled out just right with 3 thin coats, as the swatches below show just that, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Except for the bit of streakiness that pastels tend to bring to the table, I had no other major complaints with the formula. With that said, let's take a look at swatches!
Champagne Bubbles is a peachy creme with an orange undertone. This was the sheerest of the set and you can see visible nail line even 3 coats, as shown below. I'm still not sure how I feel about this color on my complexion--you decide, in the comments section below!
Gray Sky is a gray creme with silver shimmer and a slightly frosted finish. I actually really liked this gray--the shimmer gives it that extra something special!
Heaven Sent is a bright aqua blue creme. Another shade I really enjoyed--this would be the a great base for nail art!
Pink Parasol is a medium pink creme. This shade of pink is not always flattering on my complexion but it sure was perfect for Valentine's Day nail art!
Under The Sea is a bright teal with teal shimmer and a jelly finish. Hands down, my favorite of this collection!
Which of these are your favorites? I'd love to hear your opinions in the comments section below!
Until next time,
