Daphine Polish Holiday Collection, Part I--Review and Swatches

Hi my darlings!! Can you believe it's Thanksgiving already?! Neither can I!! But you do know what that means! Yes! It's the beginning of the super sales season AND CHRISTMAS, my favorite holiday, is right around the corner!! YAY!! So, it should come as no surprise to you that the next set of posts touch on the magic of both! Yes, I have for you today Daphine Polish's Holiday collection AND a special sale code! DOUBLE YAY!!

So, let's jump right into it, shall we? Daphine Polish's Holiday collection consists of 5 holographic/shimmer polishes and 5 glitter topcoats and since that would be WAY too many pics for one post, I decided to split them up into two separate posts--this one, I'll show you the holos and shimmers! Stay tuned for the next post, immediately following this one, which will show you the fun I had with the glitter topcoats! =)

First, I have for you Bahplumbug!--a dark, blackened plum holographic polish. Both the application and formula on this polish was fantastic and the swatches below show 3 smooth coats on its own. What an aptly named polish--it so made me giggle!

Second from this collection, I have for you Blue Spruce--a forest green holographic polish. Again, no issues with the application or formula on this polish was fantastic and the swatches below show 3 smooth coats on its own. Now this one's name threw me for a loop--I must ferret out the secret the next time I have lunch with Joanne! =D

Third,, I have for you Golden Ring--a bright yellow, scattered holographic polish. The application and formula on this polish was smooth and easy--the swatches below show 3 smooth coats on its own. Considering that I REALLY don't like yellow, I was shocked at how much I REALLY like this polish...but shhhh! Don't tell anyone! =P

Next,  I have for you Midnight Snowfall--a gorgeous midnight/dark blue holographic polish. No complaints with the application or formula and the swatches below show 3 smooth coats on its own. This is such a pretty polish--it totally reminds me of the winter skies!

Last but not the least, I have for you Poinsettia--a red holographic polish. Both the application and formula on this polish was consistently great, like all the others in this collection, and the swatches below show 3 smooth coats on its own.
