This afternoon, I'd like to showcase a brand-new (to me, at least) indie and more importantly, share with you all a lovely collection the maker of Turtle Tootsie Polishes, Chrissy, has created in promote Breast Cancer Awareness. A cancer survivor herself, not only is this a very special collection for her emotionally but she has also pledged to donate a portions of her proceeds ($! from every bottle sold) to the American Cancer Society. This collection consists of 6 beautiful polishes in shades of pink--ready to take a look?
Pink Bracelets is a pink holographic glitter topper which can be layered for full opacity. Again, lovely formula and application--the swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 2 coats of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. So delicate yet so sparkly!

Perseverance is a bright pink creme with a touch of holographic shimmer. Being an almost neon shade, this was a bit streaky on the first coat but leveled out nicely by the third--the swatches below show 3 coats, topped with 2 coats of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love this shade of pink!

Survivor is a clear glitter topper with a mix of pink, purple and blue dots. No major issues to report with either formula or application and the swatches below show 2 thin coats dabbed on over Perseverance above, topped with 1 coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. Don't you just love dots!?
Fight Like A Girl is a pale pink laced with sparkly glitter. As pretty as this is, this is the only formula I had a little trouble with--it does tend to streak and coverage isn't quite as even as I like it. The swatches below show 3 thin coats, topped with 1 generous coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. The end result though? So ethereal and lovely!

Warrior is a fuchsia cruelly with scattered holo sparkle. My personal fave of this collection, the swatches below show just 2 easy coats, topped with 1 thin coat of Glisten & Glow's HK Girl topcoat. I love how bright and vivid this polish is!
