Before we take a look at swatches, let's take a quick minute to talk about the application and formula of these polishes. Across the board, I found the formula and application to be absolutely fantastic--all but one of these holos was fully opaque in 2 smooth coats but here's the best part! The 2-coaters could have easily been ONE-coaters if you have a steady hand and heavier brushstokes . Since they're neons, The swatches below show 2 thin coats, topped with 1 thin coat of G&G's HK Girl to finish the look. This has got to be my most faveorite of ALL of Joanne's collections to date!
Ruby - This bright pink holographic polish flashes with pink-gold flakies just like the precious stone. Rubies can range from pink to deep red in color.
Love this shade of pink! So flattering on any complexion, I bet!

This teal is to die for! The added flakies just added to the depth and vibrancy of this polish!

Lapis - This bold blue holographic polish has green-gold flakies just like lapis which is often shot with pyrite, or fool's gold. Lapis has been used since ancient times as a paint pigment and as precious inlay and jewelry.
Though I hated to pick, I have to say this one might be my favorite of this collection! Just look at this blue--rich and vibrant and just utterly gorgeous!

Amethyst - A bright purple holographic polish with blue flakies. Amethyst is a semi-precious stone which the Ancient Greeks believed prevented intoxication (anyone else but me wish it worked?!).
