Hi there, my darlings! This afternoon, I have another quick review to share with you all. Now, as most of you have probably figured by now, I really like lotions...and moreover, with all the swatching I do, it's become more of a tool of the trade than just something I merely like. So, when the opportunity to review a new lotion comes my way, I usually am all for it. Today, I'm sharing my review of Black Canyon's Body Lotion in the uncommon Citrus Basil scent.

Now, let's talk about the scent. I love citrus scents in general and the basil brought in a layer of earthy spiciness to the mix--quite interesting. Overall, am I head over heels in love with the scent? No, not really but it's definitely an unusual, interesting scent! An acquired taste, if you will.

What do I look for in a good lotion? Having sensitive and somewhat oily skin, I look for a light formula so as not to clog pores and make me feel greasy. I like the sensitive skin formulas from Jergens and Eucerin.
