LYNNDERELLA Heart of the Matter : Swatches and Review

Hi there, my darlings! As most of you know by now, I'm a holo girl--if it's a holo, usually I like it. I've never really loved glitter...that is, until I bought my first Lynnderella. There's just something about her glitters--from the fantastic formula to the unique mix of shapes and colors, these are some glitters I can really get behind. So I'm really excited to be regularly reviewing for Lynnderella and I've decided to showcase at least one Lynn on the blog every week, whether one from the core collections or a harder-to-attain limited edition. This week, I'd like to show you guys the limited edition Heart of the Matter.

Heart of the Matter is described as being "made with assorted lavender, pink, red and orchid glitter in a bed of red-pink jelly glitter and a multishimmered clear base." Smooth, easy formula and application--even the large glitter like the large hearts and flowers came out with relative ease. The swatches below show 2 thin coats over 2 coats of Zoya Willa, topped with 2 coats of Gelous and 1 thin coat. of G&G's HK Girl. The multishimmer base is stunning, just stunning and I love how the colors of the glitters just pop over the black of Willa!

So, of course I had to see how it looked matted, with 1 thin coat of Butter London Matte Finish topcoat.'s even more gorgeous!

Finally, I decided to try my luck with some nail art. I used a silver striper from Salon Perfect to create the "window frames" effect around my nails and then topped it all with 2 thin coats of G&G's HK Girl. It's not perfect but I really like how it came out!

So there you have it, my darlings! I do believe this polish would be perfect for Valentine's Day. Now since this is a limited-edition polish, keep an eye on Lynnderella's Ebay for the next auction. Don't forget to follow Lynn through the social media outlets below :

What do you think of this and the nail art look I created? I'd love to hear your opinions in the comments section below!
