Unveil Radiant Skin This Summer with PIXI BEAUTY Peel and Polish!

Hi there,, my darlings! When you think of Summer skincare, what pops into your mind? For me, it's all about cleansing, exfoliation and toning. With the soaring temperatures and the rising pollution levels across the world, my skin, and in particular my pores, usually just feels clogged and full of gunk (for lack of a better word). And you know what clogged pores mean! ACNE, the bane of my existence. So, during the hotter months, I'm very diligent about really cleansing my face at least twice a day, remembering to take off all my makeup, using a good toner, and definitely exfoliating thoroughly at least once a week to try to prevent any random, annoying breakouts. I'm particularly partial to a good scrub or exfoliator and today,, we're talking about one that I've fallen in love with in a very short period of time-- Pixi Beauty's new Peel and Polish!

This radiance revealing enzyme peel resurfaces for smoother, softer skin, and a healthy looking glow.

• Natural fruit enzymes loosen dead skins cells, lactic acid gently exfoliates, cellulose peels & sugar extracts polishes, lifting away dullness revealing brighter skin
• Professional salon peel treatment without leaving home
• Suited on all skin types
• Not tested on animals
• Volume 80ml / 2.71 fl.oz

Let me just begin by mentioning that this product is not your traditional peel-off mask! Nope, it's a fantastic exfoliating scrubs that literally works its magic in minutes! Packed with extracts of lemon, orange, cucumber, and papaya, I already knew that this was going to be good stuff--I mean, how many times has the mothership exhorted the virtues of a DIY concoction with those very same ingredients? Too many times to count! Just goes to show that DIY is usually not my thing--who has the time to make these things from scratch?! I, for one, am glad Pixi Beauty did the heavy lifting for me!

When this arrived on my doorstep, my mother and I both knew we were going to try it out. My mother has near-perfect skin with nary a blemish in sight. I, on the other hand, have sensitive, combination skin who pops out into random bouts of acne at the mere mention of the word "pore". So, I knew immediately that this was going to be an interesting experiment. Would the Peel and Polish work for both of us?

It sure did! We're both happy to report that, upon just ONE use, our skin felt so soft. so smooth and squeaky clean! But the best part has to be the radiance factor. We were a midnight spa sesh and the mothership was too lazy to get up and actually wash her face--she made do with a bunch of baby wipes. I, being the diligent blogger, followed the instructions to a T and rinsed my face thoroughly. And yes, as I mentioned, our skin felt great. But it looked even better! Our faces and necks all but glowed! That too, after just 2 minutes of leaving this stuff on!

This lil tube is definitely going to be a major part of my Summer skincare routine and I fully intend to use it at least twice a week! Pixi generously sent me three tubes, so not only am I covered but so is the mothership and the tiny Gummy sister off in another city. Win for all 3 of us!
