QUICK DAY TO NIGHT MOTD WITH STILA!

Hi there, my darlings! Oh the week and a half I've had! Between orientation for the new job and my killer commute, I literally haven't had a chance to breathe! But I promised myself that I would keep blogging and blog I shall. Nevertheless, every once in awhile, things slip through the cracks. Case in point: this post! I had this up and ready to go LAST Friday, but life intervened and here we are! Since the blog is pretty much a direct reflection of my personal headspace, I knew I wanted to share with you all how I would incorporate my love for makeup with my busy work schedule while still trying to have a social life. At first, I was worried that it was too thin and I would end up spending ages lining my eyes. But that wasn't at all the case! My new favorite mascara! And I don't say that lightly! I have thin, straight lashes that can use all the volume and curl they can get. This mascara gives them fabulous volume and impressive lift but also lengthens while it's at it for comfortable, all-day wear!

I have to be honest: I am NOT a morning person by any means so most days, I barely manage to smudge on a little kohl liner on the lower lashlines, throw on my nerdy glasses and run! If I'm going out at night, I prefer a bold, dramatic look. Could I pull this off right after work? Logistically, yes! Just swipe on the liquid eyeshadow, add liner along the lower lashlines and switch the pink lip with a bold shade like Fiery shown below. Instant drama!
